Make shift heater

You know you will hang up at the common computer area when the weather is very cold. It's about 3degrees tonight?

You will forsake your room if there is no heater. I remember when we are in Zhuhai, our makeshift heater in room was an electric kettle.

The pro: we were kept warm.
The con: the whole floor was wet.

In Christchurch, I improvised our in room heater, see picture below.
