Cooked for Ruoyu Tan a light supper during our day 1 in our NZ 'home' aka caravan. Intended to be a simple breakfast or snack - Microwaved bread and egg.
Ingredients for one serving:
@ Bread x 1, white bread is yummier
@ Egg x 1
@ Soy sauce, Maggie Soy sauce for better taste
Misc required:
@ Bowl x 1 for serving
@ Fork x 1 for mixing
@ Microwave
Steps:
1. Break the egg on a ready served bowl
2. Pour soy sauce sparingly in the bowl from previous step, depending on how salty you want
3. Mix/beat the egg from previous step
4. Once the egg and soy sauce are evenly mix with a fork, place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 2minutes
5. Ding! Food is ready to be served! You can enjoy it with a hot drink or cold milk.
