Horse Riding in Newhaven

Catlins area is an undugged gem, and is a well kept secret to the locals. Few advertised about Catlins, and it remained that way. Some travellers got lucky and stumbled upon it, some curious travellers cheered at the mere joy of seeing it themselves. In a nutshell, go thru Dunedin to Invercargill thru Catlins. You will not regret it.

We went horse riding as I want us to remember Catlins forever. However, I was wrong as I mentioned Catlins is really pretty and unforgetable even if there is no horse riding. Koh Leng Leng enjoyed the activity, and so do I. What best way to see Catlins landscape other than riding on something that knows how to navigate itself, while you have your eyes solely for the appealing landscape?

I highly recommend Te Taunga Adventures. Look for Cara McGill. A friendly lovable lady who will choose the best horses for you. We got Tammy and Racy, and Koh Leng Leng is already starting to miss Tammy after we drove out of the horse riding gate.
