The van is spoilt again, this time the cigarette lighter, the radio and the inside lights not working. We also reported the leakage in the van to try to get it fixed.
Seriously, this gets me thinking on the customer service of Britz. I am happy with the people in Christchurch office, but I am not satisfied with how the Queenstown people is treating me the last time. Although I am hiring a lower end vehicle, that does not mean that I should be short changed with vehicle that are faulty.
And yes, I still have a long way with this vehicle. Hurray.
