We also went to Orari Vineyard as we had the map which advertised for it. It seems that there is free wine tasting and finally she can buy and try her Pinot Noir.

But it was such a spoilsport that it is closed for winter. We managed, though, to speak to a sheep shepherd, Norman. We try to understand how a sheep feels, since I love them so much in my plate during meals, so the closest thing to do is to speak to one who rear them. It turns out that they are really shy creature who will run at the slightest sound.

Other knowledge we gained from him:
1) You can shear the sheep wool every 8 months.
2) You can sell them for good money of 200 bucks.
3) A sheep mating season is around march.
4) It takes 5months and 5days for the lambs to be born. Usually it will come in pairs, or threeplets.
5) Sometimes they are hungry and will eat vine leaves.
6) Green grass is their top choice of food, just like lambs to me.
7) You can milk them for good money too, from there, you can lead a retired life of herding them to eat, while you can drink beer during evening and enjoy rugby.
