11th July @ Along the long way at Waitaki river

While we are on the way, I witnessed a first. The first time she slept on the passenger seat, out of the 3000km that I had drove the caravan. She said the photo was unglam, so I am not putting it up from a request by her, else the ears might need waxing for a few days. Koh Leng Leng, you are on camera!

We stopped by Waitaki River to see the braiding of river stream under the colorful sunset. It was way too beautiful to miss. The bridge should be one the the longest across river in Kiwiland, and makes the scenic view under sunset extra sexy even on my iPhone camera.

After taking photos, we continued our way, in which we stopped by a random holiday park by the east coast to check things out. And after the 573 times of seeing the east coast of Kiwiland, I am quite certain that we won't be seeing bikini cows or sheep around. Reason? Because there is no beautiful beach facing the Pacific ocean. Most of the coast lines are parked with pebbles and rocks. I left my beautiful flask of water there before continuing our way.
